The Account Report allows you to view player specific information based on the criteria you select. Here you can compare and analyze the player ID numbers, registrations dates and First time deposit dates.
This report is used when you want to view individual player activity or group player activity for a set period of time.
HOW DO YOU GET THERE?
Reports > Account Report
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Go to Reports > Account Report.
- Select the period for which you would like to run the report (by default it will be set to month to date).
- You can choose from one of the past 12 months from the drop down menu.
- Or expand the calendar to select a wider range (make sure to select/click on the actual calendar date).
- Select the Merchant.
- Select the Site.
- Specific site or for all sites.
- Enter a player Account ID number for a specific player (if applicable).
- Leave the New Accounts tick box blank or select Only New Accounts.
- Select Only New Account to view players who have registered and do not have activity (i.e. deposits, wagers, etc) during the period for which you are running the report.
- Entering a Banner ID (if applicable).
- The banner ID can be found in the btag in your tracking codes. You can also get this information when performing a banner search.
- You can also filter your records by one of the criteria listed below.
- You can further filter by selecting if the amount is greater than (>), smaller than (<), equal to (=) or display in ascending or descending order.
- Select to run the report at a Simple or Detailed
- Detailed will give you a product breakdown.
- Simple will not give you a product breakdown.
- Click on Generate.
The report will be broken down by the player information. Once the report has generated the player details, you can click on the player Account ID number to view data for that specific player’s lifetime.
You are able to filter the report in four different ways:
- Change the records/page # to view more or all data on one page:
- Ascending order/A-Z or descending order /Z-A by clicking on arrows in the column header:
- Entering Values. You can have the value be equal to (=), greater than (>), or less than (<):
- Exporting the report by selecting the file format and clicking on the Save button
