In order to keep track of your commission payouts from previous months you might be looking to understand the total amount that you were paid (including any bonuses issued) and when the payment was issued by Nairabet. This reporting can also be used for tax purposes or as a part of an audit of past activities.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Reports > Payment Report.
- Select the payment period(s) for which you would like to generate a report.
Below is a description of all the columns included in an Income Access payment report:
- Merchant column: This displays the merchant to which the commissions and subsequent payment is associated. If there are several brands that you promote in the program the payments can be aggregated under one brand.
- Period: The month that corresponds to the period when the commission was paid. Will display as the 1st of the month (e.g. 5/1/2014: May 2016).
- Total Commission: This column displays the total commission that you earned during the corresponding month.
- Bonus: This amount represents any bonuses that you were issued for a given month. Bonuses can be positive or negative. If you have any questions regarding your bonuses.
- Rollover: This column displays any commissions that were not paid to you in previous months; therefore they were rolled over to be paid in the current month.
- Amount Payable: The total commissions that you were owed for the corresponding month.
- Date Paid: The specific date when the affiliate manager marked you as paid in the system.
- Balance: This column will display any leftover balance of payments that were not issued. This amount will be rolled over to your next payment period.
- Payment Method: Will list the payment method that was used to issue your payment. If blank, you should update your payment method account details by going to My Account > Affiliate Payment Preferences
GENERATING PAYMENT INVOICES
You can use the “Generate Payment Invoices” tool to send an invoice to the brand on payments due at the end of the month.
- Select My Account > Generate Payment Invoices.
- Tick the checkbox beside the corresponding payment period/merchant that you want to invoice.
- Confirm the Payments.
- Enter the Affiliate PO.
- Tick off Confirm Payment method.
- Click on Submit.
- You will have to wait until your affiliate manager issues the invoice before it is ready for download.
- Under Historic Invoice List, you can click on “download” to view any past invoices that have been generated.
